今次第一次入住，酒店環境非常舒適，交通都非常方便，行三分鐘便到地鐵站，鄰近海德公園，附近還有幾個景點，步行就到，還有好幾間餐館，非常方便。 不得不稱贊前台Stella的待客態度，她非常熱情友善，服務態度超級滿意，更加上她是香港人，我們都可以熱情地溝通，她還解決了我們不少問題，令我們過了四天嘅愉快又舒服的假期。

就在倫敦著名的海德公園一街之隔，距離地鐵站也很近。不僅交通方便，而且性價比來説在這個位置算是非常高的了，美中不足就是設施有些陳舊房間面積不大。

Did not meet my expectation especially with the value I paid for 3nights! Even the staff was supportive to help me finding proper room, but it seems it was a wrong decission of me from beginning.

交通非常方便，地鐵口出來就看到海德公園大約走三400米右轉就可以看到古色古香的酒店，因為是老建築，所以房間空間很小。但麻雀雖小五臟俱全，且衛生做得非常乾淨，海的公園就在旁邊，地段非常好，性價比不錯。

The staff is so nice. Yet, there are rooms of improvements in the accommodation services provided here. There were dust at the corners of the bed, while door couldn’t be locked properly. Also, it takes more than a minute to get hot water in the showering stand. Besides, the light next to the bed didn’t function well. I even smelt something bad when I just entered the room, and the smell was from the bathroom. The staff has to work on that!

This is my second stay this year at this hotel and it’s lovely however when I came in January with my husband our room was lovely it had a fridge and everything and was quite large but this time I stayed with my daughter a twin room it was much smaller and no fridge and was more Expensive I guess it’s to do with the type of traveller you are and the time of year. 位置很好，離地鐵也近，價格算很便宜的了。無功無過的酒店。唯一奇怪的就是，兒子的一件睡衣在酒店沒了，他把睡衣睡褲脫在床上出去玩，回來已經疊好了放床上的，但是睡衣沒有了。到處找都沒有了，肯定不是被偷了，我估計是打掃的時候被收走了。

We visited on the 4th July for one night only, our experience was very unsatisfactory. We had a twin room (263) on the ground floor, the room was small, very dated and in desperate need of renovation. The toilet door would not close, the sink plug hole leaked and the room lacked cleanliness. The breakfast again was disappointing, poor quality food, more suitable for a pig trough.
